  • Round plates: 7" or 10.25", with a 2.25" or 3.25" round imprint.
  • Square plates: 6.5", 8" or 10.75", with a 2" to 3.5" square imprint.
  • Premium round plates: 7.5" or 10.25", plain, with a trim or with a border.
  • Premium square plates with trim: 7.25" or 10".
  • Colors: 17, including clear, white, black, gold, silver, pastels, brights and a gold-trim style.
  • Imprint: ink. Ink colors can be matched to a PMS color.
  • Minimum order: 25 plates.

Wedding plates for the reception and dessert table

Personalized wedding plates carry your names or monogram from the cocktail hour to the cake. Use the 10.25-inch plates for the buffet and the 7-inch or 7.5-inch plates for dessert and appetizers, or choose gold or silver trim to match a formal table. Clear plates let a patterned charger show through.

What size plastic plates do I need for a wedding?

Use a dinner-size plate, our 10 to 10.75-inch styles, for a buffet or plated meal. Use a smaller plate, 6.5 to 8 inches, for appetizers, dessert and cake. Many weddings order both in the same design. Premium styles with a trim or border suit formal receptions, and clear plates work over chargers.

How many plates should I order for a party?

Start with one dinner plate per guest for the meal, then plan one or two smaller plates per guest for appetizers, dessert and cake. Order a few extra for seconds, the sweets table and late arrivals. If you're not sure, tell us your guest count and menu, and we'll help you plan your quote.
